Step one. Warm up

1. Greeting

2. Free talk

T: Hello, everybody. How come did you come to school this morning?

What did you do last Sunday?

What did you do this summer holiday?

Step two. Presentation

1. T: Now, I know a lot about you. Do you want to know something about me? You can ask me some questions.

S: What did you do last weekend?

T: I did some cleaning. Because my room was messy and I want to keep it clean.

以上教授单词messy和keep的用法

① 教读messy。通过图片展示揭示中文含义。

② 教读keep。并通过教师原句讲解意思和用法。以keep_______ clean组词,练习单词的使用。

S: What did you do this summer holiday? / What’s you hobby?

T: I went to Australia this summer holiday./ I like traveling. And I have some pictures. Do you want to see?

Ss: Yes.

2. 幻灯片图片展示,教师介绍。

T: Do you know which city is it?

  It’s Brisbane.

T: What do you think of the city?

  Is it clean?

S: Yes, it is.

The air is clean. 教授air。通过hair教读发音。

针对上图问答:What can you see in this picture?

Ss: Trees.

T: Do you like tree?

Ss: Yes.

3. 展示苏州被污染的图片。

4. 分图讨论。

 

T: Is the air clean?

Ss: No.

T: What makes the air dirty?

讲授make的用法,并以make______ dirty和make_______ _________两个组词练习操练make的使用方法。

由图片内容讨论得出:Smoke makes the air dirty.

教授smoke并讲解Tip:在英语中,由于词性不同,同一个单词会有不同的含义。

例如:smoke(动词表示吸烟,名词表示烟雾。)rain(动词表示下雨,名词表示雨。)

 

The streets are dirty and messy.

T: What makes the streets dirty?

  What can you see in the picture?

图片展示:rubbish

教授rubbish

得出答案:Rubbish makes the streets dirty and messy.

T: What can we do to keep the streets clean?

讨论得出:We can put rubbish in the bin.并教授单词bin。

The river is dirty.

看图得出:There is rubbish in the water.

  The fish are dead.教授单词dead。

T: Do you know which city is it?

根据地标建筑得出It’s our city: Suzhou.

3. T: But I have some different pictures of Suzhou.

展示苏州漂亮的图片并讨论。

Which Suzhou do you like, the dirty one or the clean one?

Ss: The clean one.

T: So we should keep our city clean.(揭题)

Task one: Read and find
